I have compiled a list of centres offering conductive services with conductors in the United States, arranged by State. Some centres started several years ago in Hawaii, Texas, North Carolina, New York, Utah and California appear to have closed and are not included, but there are still over thirty centres in fourteen states on the list.
This list has been made using the Internet and may be incomplete, so if there are any centres missing, please do let me know the details and I will add them.
Conductive Education services in the US 2009 has been saved as a Knol and can be accessed by the link in the left hand column, under the heading Directories.
